Boudoir Photography Frequently Asked Questions
The thought of doing a boudoir photography session can be scary. When talking to women about their session I get all sorts of questions. So here is the 12 most frequently asked questions to give you some insight on preparing for your boudoir session. 
Do you share my images?
My number one priority is to make my clients comfortable. Especially with boudoir! It can be a life changing experience but, that could also make it nerve wracking! Sometimes you are still learning to love your body and you aren’t quite ready to share your images with the world or sometimes these images are just for your partner’s eyes and no one else’s. If there are photos I would like to share, I will always ask your permission first and only one’s your are comfortable with.
I’m not a lingerie girl so can I still do the session?
Lingerie is not the only way to look and feel sexy. You can do your boudoir shoot wearing a dress, robe, button up shirt and more. I also have a client closet that you can pick through. 
Do you offer payment plans?
I offer a few payment options! There is a booking retainer to book your session that must be paid to hold your session date. We can break up your package price into thirds or utilize another option.
Do you offer hair and makeup services?
Yes! I work with professional makeup artists to get you the look you are wanting. Natural, glam, sexy, we can do it your way. It is a complete pampering experience.
Do you photoshop my images?
I completely believe in loving yourself the way you are. However, things like bruises and skin blemishes are always removed. As for any other “touch ups”, I leave that up to you. Some women prefer to have things like stretch marks removed and others see them as their tiger stripes. I will edit what you prefer.
Where should I buy my outfits?
Many women find what they need in their closets. However, here are some stores with super cute outfits: Victoria’s Secret, Adoreme.com, Torrid, hipsandcurves.com, Yandy, and Frederick’s of Hollywood. You are also welcome to my client closet that has some unique pieces!
What type of print products do you have?
I offer a variety of fine art albums in leather, suede, and velvet. I also offer unique wood boxes with silk prints. Many women love wall art as well! Metal is a hot item for a boudoir session.
Do you offer digitals?
All my packages have the complimentary digital file of the poses you choose for your album or box.
I have no idea how to pose! Can you help me?
The women on my website are just like you. Women look at boudoir photos and think: “can I do that? Will I look like they do? The answer is YES! I know exactly how to pose all types of women to make them look their absolute best. I can create beautiful and flattering images of ANY WOMAN. You don’t have to know what you are doing at all. I will guide you every step of the way.
How many outfits should I bring?
I tell all of my clients to bring three outfits. You may also use my client closet and a favorite is doing a white sheet look as well.
When and how do I choose my boudoir photos?
I offer in person reveal and ordering appointments. I will do a zoom call for out of state clients. The reveal typically happens 1-2 weeks after your session.
Where is your studio located?
I’m in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs on the North end of town.
