Briarhurst Manor Wedding Photography
I’ve been very behind blog postings because I was working so hard on the new website. Now, it is time to play catch up! First up: Cori and Joel’s Briarhurst Manor wedding! Cori and Joel were married this summer at the Briarhurst Manor. I love the Briarhurst for all of the photographic opportunities. They have wonderful grounds, the stream, and the architecture is fabulous. Cori and Joel had a huge family with lots of nieces and nephews they obviously loved a lot and had great candid photo opportunities. Joel created some stunning woodwork for their wedding which was simply priceless and surprised Cori with it!

They were such an honest giving couple and it was very refreshing.
Joel and Cori did decide to see each other for a first look before the wedding. This is always a special moment and make for such intimate pictures. When Joel saw Cori for the first time his eyes just lit up and Cori had a few tears flowing as well.
We had to move onto their family portraits because they wanted all of their large family photographed. Some of my favorites were Cori and her siblings doing the “Hear no evil, speak no evil see no evil”
The ceremony was very sweet with a heart that Joel created in two pieces that they put together as one to symbolize their unity but, the best part was one of the boys standing up when they did the wedding kiss with a big “YEAH!
One of the best parts of the Briarhurst is the natural light photos we take at night.
We took Cori and Joel out for night time photos and a little break from all the fun wedding reception dancing.
